Refund Policy

1. General

  • All sales of digital products are final. Once a purchase is made and access is granted (or download begins), no refunds will be given.

  • By purchasing our digital product, you acknowledge you understand and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Digital Products Defined

This policy applies to any product or service delivered in digital form, including but not limited to:

  • Software, apps, digital tools

  • E-books, guides, templates, courses

  • Memberships, subscriptions (if digital content is provided)

3. Legal Exceptions (UK Consumer Law)

Under UK law (specifically the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other relevant regulations):

4. Exceptions to “No Refunds”

Although refunds are not generally permitted under this policy, we will consider providing a refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchase (you accidentally bought the same product twice).

  • Significant technical defect or failure preventing access/use of the product, where the issue is our responsibility.

  • Misrepresentation of the product (if the product is materially different than described).

Any request under these exceptions must be made in writing within [e.g. 14] days from the date of purchase or from discovering the issue.

5. How to Raise a Complaint or Request

If you believe you qualify under an exception:

6. No Partial Use or “Change of Mind” Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds or partial refunds if you change your mind about your purchase.

  • Once digital access or download has been granted, no refund will be issued for reasons of dissatisfaction alone, unless under “Exceptions” above.

7. Effect of Download/Access

  • By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge that you are aware that once the content is downloaded or access is provided, we have fulfilled our obligation, and no refund will be possible except under the permitted exceptions.

8. Amendment of Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon being posted. It is your responsibility to review our policies from time to time.
